Course number 3 is geared specifically for the competition grappler. This course does not cover any strikes or rips and is what I use to train my competitors for such competitions as NAGA and other sport grappling environments. You will be given various video lessons for which you are to practice, film, and upload for grading.
Each lesson is filmed specifically for you and is designed around your specific needs, abilities, and learning curve. No two people/courses will be identical. Here is a sampling of this particular course curriculum:
- Analysis of offensive openings
- Crushing rides Escapes, reversals, and nuls
- Defensive and counters to all popular sport legal submissions
- Plus a whole lot more as well!
Each course is designed to get you to a competent level in 6 months. If you wish to further your training, options such as the Tri-C will be available to you upon completion. All graduates will be issued a certification of completion. The cost of this course can be applied towards your Tri-C membership should you decide to enroll.
