Defensive Tactics

There is a growing need for modifications of conventional law enforcement Suspect Control and Restraint techniques.

Our Tactical Apprehension (TA) course will enhance and improve on the basic defensive tactics already taught to law enforcement and will specifically focus on bridging the gap between the officer and a suspect during an altercation and maintaining control of a suspect during handcuffing and the subsequent arrest of the suspect.

With the TA program, officers will learn and become proficient in a wide variety of situations. In each situation, he will be taught how to maintain control of a suspect during an altercation and how to end the altercation with the officer being uninjured and having complete control of the suspect.
