Today’s topic covers what to do if you are home bound because of weather or other situations that may be out of your control. Not being able to make it to the gym is not and excuse for not getting a quality workout. Take an inventory of what you need to work on. Make contingency plans to be able to get a good workout in outside of the gym. Be creative!
